1.Tuition Fee Refunds for Certification Courses
1.1 Course Withdrawal
• If a student withdraws from a certification course within 7 days of registration, they may be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees paid for that course.
• After 7 days, no tuition fee refunds will be issued for course withdrawals.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Request for Refund
• Students must email a refund request to info@vskaworld.com, including the reason for the request and any supporting documentation if applicable.
2.2 Processing Time
• Refund requests will be processed within 15 days of receipt of a complete request.
2.3 Method of Refund
• Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise specified by VSKA World.
